And I heard the angel of the waters say, You are righteous, O Lord, which are, and was, and shall be, because you have judged thus. For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and you have given them blood to drink; for they are worthy." Revelation 16:4-6.

The shedding of the blood of saints and prophets in Revelation 16:6 ties the third vial of the seven last plagues to vials number one and two. These plagues will be unleashed on the descendants of the people who are responsible for the deaths of the servants of God, and the murder of His Son. In case any of you have forgotten who that was, it was the children of Israel and the realm of Greece. Rome sprang up from the remnant of Greece, and Rome is where the teachings of Jesus were blended with the pagan beliefs that Greece brought back to Europe from the land of Shinar, which is known as the serpent's root in Isaiah 14:29, and the home of the tower of Babel in Genesis chapter eleven.

Revelation 9:18-20 tells us that even though two-billion people will be killed in the near future, the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands (which are the cathedrals they built to worship in), that they should not worship devils (mounted on crosses), and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk. Sound like any place you worship? If it does you should quit and ask forgiveness while you still can, because the above list of abominations will bring on these plagues that will soon be unleashed on the children of Israel and their Western allies.

The first six plagues of Revelation chapter sixteen, which these two-billion people will die from, were also foretold in Ezekiel chapter six. And they (the tribes of Israel) shall know that I am the Lord, and that I have not said in vain that I would do this evil unto them. Thus says the Lord God; Smite with your hand, and stamp with your foot, and say, Alas for all the evil abominations of the house of Israel! for they shall fall by the sword, by the famine, and by the pestilence. He that is far off shall die of the pestilence; and he that is near shall fall by the sword; and he that remains (in Israel) and is besieged shall die by the famine: thus will I accomplish my fury upon them, Ezekiel 6:10-12.

A more detailed description of the famine that Ezekiel said will take place in the land of Israel at the time of the end can be found in Psalm 102:1-5. Hear my prayer, O Lord, and let my cry come unto you. Hide not your face from me in the day when I am in trouble; incline your ear unto me: in the day when I call answer me speedily. For my days are consumed like smoke, and my bones are burned as a hearth. My heart is smitten, and withered like grass; so that I forget to eat my bread. By reason of the voice of my groaning my bones cleave to my skin.

There is one other important point that needs to made while we're on the subject of Psalm 102, and that is that it gives the starting date for the beginning of a perilous time, not only for the nation of Israel, but the rest of us too. Some of you may think that the suicide bombings taking place in Israel for the past couple of years were bad enough, but let me assure you, these bombings are just the tip of the iceberg. You (Lord) shall arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favor her, yea, the set time, is come, Psalm 102:13. Israel will enter its year equivalent to Psalm 102 on Saturday, September 7, 2002, but the favor of the Lord will not be shown to Zion for many years to come. And by what God does to the rest of the world from the beginning of the set time forward, even the heathen shall fear the name of the Lord as will all the kings of the earth Psalm 102:15.

The reason the whole world will be involved in this conflict is foretold in Micah 3:5. Thus says the Lord concerning the prophets that make my people error, that bite with their teeth (as serpents do), and cry, Peace. Micah is saying that the people of Israel will forsake their God in favor of the silver tongued devil standing in the shadows, who is manipulating current world events through his allies in the United Nations. A man that has already convinced Jewish leaders like Shimon Peres that Israel must negotiate Peace with the Canaanites to form a Palestinian state.

For doing so death by the sword for the tribes of Israel will be carried out by the forces of Islam in the countries of Europe. A detailed description of the invasion of Europe is given in Isaiah 13:14-18. And it shall be as the chased roe (or a small European deer), and as a sheep (lost from Israel) that no man takes up: they shall every man turn to his own land. Every one that is found shall be thrust through; and every one that is joined unto them shall fall by the sword. Their children also shall be dashed to pieces before their eyes; their houses spoiled, and their wives ravished. Behold, I will stir up the Medes against them, which shall not regard silver; and as for gold, they shall not delight in it. The last time I looked Osama Bin Laden was a very wealthy man living in a cave in the middle of nowhere, which makes him a prime candidate to lead this invasion.

The significance of Isaiah 13:14-18 lies in the fact that the Jewish nation migrated to Europe and Russia after Jerusalem was destroyed by the Romans in 70 AD. Millions of their descendants still live in the countries that their ancestors adopted as home. If you follow the trail that the tribes of Jacob took after being exiled from Israel in the first century, you will find that it leads right to the shores of the United States, where the largest concentration of Jews in the world now resides. It is this fact that brings me to what this article is all about, because the single largest concentration of Jews in the United States is in New York City, a virtual sea of people. And he said unto me, The waters which you saw, where the whore sits, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues that migrated to this country from all over the world, Revelation 17:15.

The first two plagues in Revelation 16:2-3 are just a sample of the types of pestilence that will be unleashed in this country to fulfill the prophecy of Ezekiel 6:12, because the United States is referred to by Ezekiel as a land that is far off. The delivery system for unleashing these plagues is the subject of this article, and that is what Revelation 16:4 is describing when it says, the third angel poured out his vial upon the rivers and fountains of waters; and they became blood. In my opinion this verse is describing an airborne delivery system that Revelation 11:6 says will be delivered repeatedly by two witnesses of God. These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will.

Revelation 11:6 is an important verse in relationship to the third plague, because it identifies the delivery system for plague numbers one and two, which is the al-Qaida and Hezbollah terrorist networks. Osama Bin Laden has been training his people and moving them out of Afghanistan to points all over the world for several years now, and as I said in Blood Bath, the diseases of the last plagues were smuggled into position around the world by al-Qaida and Hezbollah operatives using the old heroin drug routes coming out of Afghanistan, and that brings me back to the statement I made earlier about the suicide bombers in Israel.

The diseases of the seven last plagues, with the exception of anthrax, are all highly contagious and what's worse, all of them are weapons grade powders designed to kill with the utmost efficiency. Some of them are capable of staying aloft in the wind for up to twenty miles, and since Revelation 11:6 says that the al-Qaida network will be able to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will, unless this country begins to understand what it faces soon, many of us are going to die.

If you read Aftershock you will remember from my description of the flood in Noah's time, that the definition of fountain is the beginning or source of flow in a stream. Therefore in my opinion when Revelation 16:4 says that the third angel poured out his vial upon the rivers and fountains of waters, it is describing the different tributary routes or rivers of travel leading into a major city or sea full of people. Every morning people flow into the city to go to work in subways, trains, airplanes, and cars. Those of you in cars are not the subject of this article. The rest of you however are, and despite what your liberal friends say about saving the environment, you may want to start thinking about saving your own backside first.

The al-Qaida operatives and other suspicious Arab types known to be in this country are without question being heavily watched by the FBI to the point that I would venture to say that they are finding it very hard to do anything at all. However, recent news events seem to be suggesting that this problem was thought threw long in advance, because they went out and recruited American citizens to help in their cause. These people along with number of illegal aliens flowing over our southern border is where the problem lies, because they will be able to move about in the country freely until they are found out.

To figure out how the soldiers of al-Qaida and Hezbollah will deliver these deadly diseases one need only use his or her imagination. The United States Postal Service comes to mind, as does small packets of powder carried in ones pocket. Unknown terrorists can take these packets undetected into football stadiums, arenas, shopping malls, movie theaters, Wal-Mart stores, and the list goes on. And if that becomes too hard to accomplish due to FBI surveillance, one can always infect oneself and just walk into an airport and begin flying around the country, shuttling from one city to the next. This is why I mentioned the suicide bombers in Israel earlier, because these people obviously have no problem with sacrificing themselves for the cause.

If an infected Islamic recruit walks onto an airplane infected with the smallpox virus, he will infect six to twelve people while he is standing in line to check his baggage. He will infect another six to twelve people as he stands in line at the metal detector. He will do it again while waiting to board the plane, and once aboard the plane there is no way to know exactly how many people he will actually infect, because first of all, he can walk back and forth to the bathroom a couple of times, and what's worse, the air in the plane is circulated through the airplane over and over again throughout the flight.

Everyone that is infected, whether it be on an airplane, a train, or a subway car, will not begin to notice any symptoms for about 12 days. They in turn will infect 30 % of the people that they come into contact with and so on. By the time the outbreak is detected we could have a virtual countrywide epidemic on our hands that would have the Center for Disease Control in Atlanta scrambling to get the vaccine to where it is needed. Once infected there is no cure for these diseases, and depending on which disease they catch, anywhere from thirty to one-hundred percent of those who become infected are dead. Period!

You've heard me say this before and now you're going to here me say it again. Vladimir Putin is no friend of this country. After smallpox was eradicated in 1980 it was only known to exist in two places. The CDC in Atlanta, Georgia, and the Russian State Research Center of Virology. As soon as worldwide vaccination for smallpox stopped in 1979 the Soviet Union began growing and stockpiling large amounts of it designed for use on missiles the way I described in Blood Bath.

Samples of all the diseases manufactured in the Russian bio-weapons programs were taken into countries like Iraq and Iran by out of work Soviet scientists. I would even venture to say that some of them were recruited by the former KGB, which is where Vladimir Putin cut his political teeth. In my opinion this renegade scientist routine was created in order to supply political cover for the Russian government when these bio-weapon attacks on America begin. If you have a copy of my book you will know that I tied the so called Antichrist to the KGB as far back as 1991.

The fact that Russian scientists were smuggling these bio-weapons into Iran has now been verified by the recent outbreak of smallpox in Pakistan, where al-Qaida is still active and looking for revenge on a Muslim country that sided with its enemy. The Bush administration believes there is a problem, otherwise they wouldn't be so anxious to go back into Iraq to remove Saddam from power. However an invasion of Iraq now, will be too little too late because Saddam Hussein and Osama Bin Laden have already moved this stuff to where it could do the most harm long before the first attack on American soil ever took place. And don't you ever believe for one minute that Vladimir Putin didn't know that these diseases were being manufactured in his country and then smuggled all over the world. He is working with the Antichrist, who I tied to Russia in my book. And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth (which is Russia), and is of the seven (industrialized nations of the West), and goes into perdition in Revelation 17:11.

As I said in Night Vision One, The New Millennium article and The Russian Prophet, Vladimir Putin is one of eight principle men from Micah 5:5 that the Bible says are devils. Some of you say you find that hard to believe. You can find it whatever you want because it's no skin off my backside, but in the end you will find out that I told you the truth. This man is working with the Antichrist and his allies to form the new world order, which I warned about in America Be Warned!

And I beheld another beast, a second, like unto a (Russian) bear, and it raised itself up on one side (after the Soviet Union had fallen), and they (the conspirators of the G7 nations who propped it back up with American tax dollars) said this to it, Arise, devour much flesh, Daniel 7:5.
